The aim of our work in inheritance law is to plan and regulate the succession of assets on a case-by-case basis even before the inheritance occurs. It has been shown that preventive drafting of wills can often optimize the inheritance law provisions in detail, not least with regard to the utilization of tax allowances, etc.
