Portrait Holger Weismantel

Holger Weismantel, born in Frankfurt am Main, graduated in law from the Johann-Wolfgang-Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main and was admitted to the bar in 1993, initially in Dresden and now at the Higher Regional Court in Frankfurt am Main. After completing his second state law examination, he worked as a contract law officer at the Treuhandanstalt in Dresden from 1993-1995. In the field of family law he has obtained the title of a specialist lawyer. Since 2014, Holger Weismantel is also admitted as Abogado Inscrito at the Ilustre Colegio de Abogados (Bar Association) in Murcia/Spain.

In the field of inheritance law, Holger Weismantel successfully completed the “DVEV executor course” with a testate in November 2010. Regular continuing education and training is confirmed by the continuing education certificate of the German Federal Bar Association (BRAK).

Holger Weismantel is a member of the German Bar Association (Deutscher AnwaltVerein e.V.), the Working Group for Family Law of the German Bar Association (DAV) and the Commission for Private International Law of the Bar Association of Murcia/Spain.
